OUR MISSION

Our Mission at MVP is to educate pitchers about efficient pitching mechanics and injury prevention. We train pitchers to have great body awareness, mental strength to cope with adversity and confidence that can move mountains. Since 2004 MVP Pitchers have broken speed, spin, and mental barriers.

We refuse to accept statements like “she’s not tall enough to throw 60+,” and we refuse to let others define us. We have high expectations, passion and we are determined for every pitcher to leave MVP Pitching stronger, faster, smarter, inspired, hopeful, more athletic, more empowered, and more confident than they were before their MVP experience. Our instructors are committed to being up to date on cutting edge technology and research regarding pitching.

Sophomore, Stephen F. Austin University,
2019 - 10 years at MVP

Coach Kendra has helped me become the best version of myself as a pitcher. She always saw the best in me even when I would doubt myself. She became one of my top supporters right alongside my parents. The majority of my success has come from her and from the effort she put towards me to be the best. Thank you for everything.

Miley Wilson

2019 MVP Rookie

Coach Emma has helped me in so many ways. She is very encouraging, knowledgeable and I enjoy attending lessons because of her. I will miss her when she leaves for college but I look forward to working with her again next summer.

Zora Brice

Zora Brice
Sophomore, Bridgeland HS, 2019 - 6 years at MVP

I started with Coach Kendra when I was 10 years old. I did not have a very strong mental game and I wasn’t very coachable. But now, 5 years later I am able to not worry if I throw the wrong pitch or make an error because she has taught me to stay strong and focus one pitch at a time and control my mental game. She has taught me many different skills that have helped me improve over the years. After I broke my thumb Coach Kendra helped me quickly get back on track. Coach Kendra is an amazing coach and has helped me become a better person as well as a softball player.

Coach Kendra has helped me grow so much as a pitcher and a person. She has helped my mental game tremendously and always motivates me and pushes me to be better.

Ashley Kriesel

Ashley Kriesel
Junior, Stephen F. Austin, 2019 - 6 years at MVP

Coach Kendra has helped me Dominate the MIND Game! She pushes me each lesson and does a great job at breaking down movements and demonstrating drills until I get it. She is amazing!

Jamie Johnson

Jamie Johnson
2019 MVP Rookie

Coach Kendra gives us “Triggers” to help us remember what we need to do to get back in “our zone.” I struggled in my last game but when I remembered my trigger I was able to instantly get my power back by using my legs more efficiently. She wants us to be our “own best pitching coach” and I feel like she has made me a more dominant and confident pitcher by empowering me to be conscious, relaxed, know my triggers and giving me tools to fix any issue I may face. Thank you Coach Kendra you are the best!

Rae W

Rae W
Sophomore, Cy-Fair HS, 2019 - 1 year at MVP

When I first came to see Kendra I was looking to gain speed. Not only did I gain speed but I gained more confidence in myself and my pitches. I look forward to my weekly lessons because I always learn something new that betters me as a pitcher.

Lindz Rawls

Lindz Rawls
Freshman, Grayson College, 2019 – 7 years at MVP

Kendra has helped me with my mental game tremendously and with believing in myself. Throughout the 7 years she’s coached me she never gave up on me even when I wanted to give up on myself. She is continually working with me on improving my mechanics and helping me sharpen all of my pitches.

Allie Floyd

Allie Floyd
Sophomore, Boling HS, 2019 - 2 years at MVP

Coach Kendra has helped me tremendously! She pinpointed certain problems in my mechanics and helped me use my body more efficiently. Tonight she helped me fix my glove and backswing. We’ve had some great breakthroughs in lessons with my change up being at the top of the list. I have more confidence in my change up and I know I will be a more dominant pitcher because of it.

Lyndie Swanson

Lyndie Swanson
Freshman, Houston Baptist University, 2019 – 9 years at MVP

Coach Kendra has taught me to be a dominant pitcher and has helped me achieve all of my goals, since 10U! She has taught me all about mechanics and using my core, she has amazing drills and I feel ready for my freshman season in college. I love how she helps athletes develop their mental game, it’s helped me as pitchers but also as person.

Kacie Dudensing

Kacie Dudensing
8th grade, 2019 - 3 years at MVP

I have been taking lessons from Coach Kendra for 3 years. She has helped me with my drag and staying tall. She uses drills with cones to help me because I am a visual learner. She also uses video analysis so I can see what I’m doing and then learn to “feel” it so I can fix it. I like the group lessons because we motivate and help each other. She is always looking for ways to help us improve as pitchers and for that reason we love Coach Kendra!

Molly Yoo

Molly Yoo
Sophomore, Cy-Ranch HS, 2019 - 6 years at MVP

When I started pitching in 8U I went to a couple of different coaches until I met the right fit at MVP at 10U. I started with Coach Kendra’s Assistant coach and finally worked my way in to train with Coach Kendra after a year of hard work. She helped me build my confidence, I used to cry if I walked a batter. She helped me build my mental game to be strong enough to shake it off, breathe, refocus and come back with a strike. I’m now entering my sophomore year in high school and I’m thankful for all I’ve learned at MVP.
